Imagine my surprise when I was invited to hear a Messianic Rabbi speak about discovering a 19th century mikveh in rural Spartanburg County, South Carolina.  What is/was a mikveh and why should I be interested?

Follow my adventure as I attempt to chronicle my journey by word and sketches from my journal!

Mikveh: 4723 from Strong's Concordnce - something waited for (a confidence) a collection of waters
a gathering together
a hope

6960 from Strong's Concordance - to bind together, to collect, to expect, to gather, patiently tarry

Helping another sister into the waters . . .
